Reward points are the currency of the Flex Mobile Rewards program. You earn them just for being a member, and you spend them on deals, discounts and giveaway entries.
How you earn them
Points arrive every month you're a member, at a rate set by your plan.
You can earn more through bonuses, featured offers, challenges and games in the rewards portal. Points roll over from month to month, so they don't disappear if you don't use them straight away.
How to get to your points
- Go to flexmobilerewards.com.
- Sign in with your username and password. If it's your first time, your temporary password is your zip code.
- Your points balance and the available offers appear in the portal.
How to spend them
- Browse the portal for a deal, giveaway or discount you want.
- Select the offer and use your points to claim it.
- Follow the instructions shown for that specific offer. Some require you to print something, and all of them need internet access.
What points are not
Points aren't money. They have no cash value, can't be redeemed for cash or plan credit, and can't be transferred or sold. They're a way to unlock discounts and enter giveaways.
If your points don't appear
Check that you're signed in to the rewards portal rather than your Flex Mobile account, since they're two separate logins. If your balance still looks wrong, contact Flex Mobile support.
