Unlimited talk and text, data, wifi calling and nationwide 5G coverage, at the level your plan includes.
Your reward points
You earn points every month you're a member, 25 on Flex Standard, 50 on Flex Unlimited and 100 on Flex Unlimited Plus. You can earn more through bonuses, challenges and games.
The rewards portal
Points are spent at flexmobilerewards.com, a separate site from your Flex Mobile account. It's free, and it's where the travel, shopping, entertainment and giveaway offers live.
What you can do with points
- Enter daily, weekly and monthly giveaways for gift cards, cash and products.
- Claim discounts on flights, hotels and resorts.
- Get deals on concerts, sports and family events.
- Save at restaurants, grocery stores and online retailers.
One thing points can't do
Points have no cash value. They can't be converted to cash or applied as credit against your plan, and they can't be exchanged for physical items directly. They unlock discounts, entries and deals.
Getting set up
After you join, watch for a welcome email from Flex Mobile Rewards. Select Create Account and follow the steps. Your rewards account is free and separate from your plan account.
