Promo codes give new Flex Mobile lines a lower price for the first months. You add the code yourself at checkout. We don't send codes after you pay.
Find the current promo code

Add the code at checkout
- Go to the storefront and pick the plan the offer is for, then click Choose.
- Fill in your details (name, email, and whether you want a new number or to transfer your current one), then click Add to cart.
- On the cart page, type the code in the Promo code field and click Apply.
- Check that the Due today amount has changed before you click Checkout.
If the price doesn't change, take a screenshot of the cart and send it to us in the chat before you pay.
Good to know
- Promo codes are for new lines only. They can't be added to a line you already have.
- The promo price covers the first months of the offer only. After that, your plan renews every month at the regular price shown on the storefront. See What happens when your introductory rate ends.
- To get a promo price again, you need to buy a new subscription. It comes with a new number on a new line, because your current number can't be moved to a new subscription.
