Your APN (Access Point Name) is what lets your iPhone connect to Flex Mobile for data and picture/group messages (MMS). On most iPhones this is set automatically, so you only need these steps if your mobile data or MMS is not working.

How to set it up
- Open Settings and turn Wi-Fi off for now (this makes sure the test runs over the mobile network).
- In Settings, open Messages and make sure MMS Messaging is switched off for the moment.
- Go back to Settings, open Cellular (or Mobile Data), and make sure Data Roaming is on if you are travelling, and off if you are at home.
- Tap Cellular Data Network.
- Under Cellular Data and MMS, enter the values from the table above. Leave every other field blank.
- Return to the Home screen.
- Go back to Settings > Messages and turn MMS Messaging back on.
- Send yourself a test picture message to confirm it works.
- Once it works, you can turn Wi-Fi back on.
Turning on 4G LTE
- Open Settings.
- Tap Cellular (or Mobile Data).
- Tap Cellular Data Options, then Voice & Data.
- Select LTE (or 5G if your plan and device support it).
Still not working?
- Restart your iPhone after entering the settings.
- Check for a carrier settings update: Settings > General > About (if an update is available, a prompt appears).
- Make sure mobile data is turned on and you have signal.
- If data or MMS still does not work, contact us and we will check your line from our side.
