Your eSIM QR code is what puts Flex Mobile service on your phone. There are two places to get it.
In your activation email
An email with your QR code and activation steps is sent right after checkout, to the address on your order. Search your inbox for Flex Mobile, and check your spam folder if it isn't there.
You don't have to rely on that email. Your QR code is always available in your Flex Mobile account, so you can go and get it whenever you need it.
In your Flex Mobile account
- Go to portal.getflexmobile.com and sign in.
- Open the Subscriptions tab.
- Select the line you're setting up.
- Scroll to the details at the bottom of the page and find the eSIM row.
- Select show QR-code. Your code appears on screen, ready to scan.
Because the code lives in your account rather than only in an email, you can come back for it any time, including if you change phones later.
A tip that saves time
If you can, open the QR code on a computer or a second device. Scanning a code with the same phone you're installing it on isn't possible, so you'd otherwise have to type the details in by hand.
If the code won't work
An eSIM code can only be installed once. If yours has already been used, or something went wrong partway through, you can issue yourself a fresh one.
- Open the Subscriptions tab and select the line.
- Find Order new SIM card and select Order, then select Order SIM card to confirm.
- Follow the steps through the checkout, completing the purchase of a new eSIM.
- A new QR code is emailed to the address on that line. You can also find it on the same page under eSIM, by selecting show QR-code.
If you still can't find it
Email support@getflexmobile.zendesk.com or start a chat from your account, with the email address on your order, and they can point you straight to it.
