Autopay charges your saved card automatically so your service doesn't lapse. It's the simplest way to avoid an interruption.
Where autopay lives
Sign in at portal.getflexmobile.com and open the Payments tab. Autopay and your saved card are both in the Payment method panel on the right.
Turning autopay on
- Open the Payments tab.
- Look at the panel on the right, under Payment.
- If it says you have no saved card, select Add a card first. It opens in a new window.
- Then select Edit under AutoPay and switch it on.
Turning it off on is done in the same place.
Changing your card
- Open the Payments tab.
- Under Card details you'll see the card on file, shown as the type and the last four digits.
- Select Edit card details. This opens a secure payment page.
- Enter the new card and save. You can also store Apple Pay or other methods there.
Add or change a card
- Go to the same billing section.
- Add a new card with its number, expiry date, security code and billing address.
- Set it as your autopay card if that's what you want.
- Remove any old card you no longer use.
Keep your card current
An expired card is the most common reason autopay stops working. Update the details as soon as your bank issues a replacement, rather than waiting for a failed payment.
If you turn autopay off
You can turn it off at any time in your account. Your service then won't continue by itself, so you'll need to pay manually before your term ends, and any autopay discount stops at the same time.
If autopay won't turn on
Check the card hasn't expired and that the billing address matches what your bank has. If it still won't save, contact Flex Mobile support.
