Your payment history is in your Flex Mobile account, along with your billing details and your payment settings.
- Sign in at portal.getflexmobile.com.
- Open the Payments tab.
Your upcoming payment
At the top you'll see the next payment: the amount and Charge at, followed by the date it will be taken. Show specification breaks it down, and Pay now lets you pay it early.
Payment history
Every payment that has already happened is listed, newest first.
- Prepayment is a payment for your plan.
- Order is a one off purchase, such as a new line, a top up or a SIM.
You'll see two dates, and they are not the same thing. The date under the row is the date the payment belongs to. The date inside the green Paid label is the day the money actually left your card. Because Flex Mobile is prepaid, the second is usually earlier than the first, and that is normal.
Seeing what a payment covered
Select Show specification on any row. The Payment specification lists every item the payment covered, with its own amount.
If you have more than one line, one payment covers them all, so the total at the top is for the whole account and not for one phone. Each line appears separately in the specification, with its plan, the name on the line and its phone number. Five lines on a $13 plan show as one payment with five items of $13.
AutoPay and your card
On the right, under Payment, you can see whether AutoPay is on.
- AutoPay enabled: the saved card is charged automatically on the charge date.
- AutoPay disabled: nothing is taken automatically. You pay each time with Pay now, before the charge date.
AutoPay needs a saved card. If you don't have one, use Add a card.
Your billing details
Invoicing information on the right holds the e-mail, the name and the billing address used for your payments.
If a payment doesn't go through
With AutoPay on, we try the card again once a day for up to 15 days. If it still hasn't gone through by then, the line is suspended until a payment succeeds.
With AutoPay off, nothing is retried, because nothing was attempted. Use Pay now to pay.
If a charge looks wrong
Compare the amount with your plan price, multiplied by the number of lines on the account. Taxes are included, so the two should match unless a top up or a plan change is on the same payment. Open Show specification to see which item is different.
If it still doesn't add up, contact Flex Mobile support with your phone number, the date and the amount.
