Flex Mobile is prepaid, so a payment buys your next term of service rather than settling a bill you've already run up.
Pay online
- Sign in at portal.getflexmobile.com.
- On the Overview tab, any payment that's due shows at the top of Recent payments, marked either Overdue or Scheduled, with the amount and the charge date.
- Select Pay now next to it.
- Confirm the payment. The order moves to Paid and a receipt becomes available.
The Payments tab shows the same thing with your full history, if you'd rather work from there.
Pay in the app
The My Flex Mobile app handles payments too, and it's usually quicker on a phone. Same account details as the website.
If a payment won't go through
Start a chat from your account or email support@getflexmobile.com and someone can look at it with you.
What you can pay with
Credit cards, debit cards and most prepaid cards. The same methods work for autopay, as long as the card is valid and current.
If a payment doesn't go through
- Check the card number, expiry date and security code.
- Check the billing address matches what your bank has on file, which is the most common silent failure.
- Check the card hasn't expired.
- Try a different card.
Making sure it doesn't lapse
Setting up autopay means your service continues without you having to remember. See the autopay article.
If it still won't go through
Contact Flex Mobile support by email or chat with the message you're seeing, rather than trying the same card repeatedly. Repeated attempts can get a card blocked by your bank.
