Your Flex Mobile account is where you manage your plan, your payments and your line. There are two ways in.
On the web
- Go to getflexmobile.com and select Login at the top right, or go straight to portal.getflexmobile.com.
- Enter either your Flex Mobile phone number or the email address on your account. Both work.
- Select Sign in. We send you a one time code: by text if you entered your phone number, by email if you entered your email address.
- Enter the code. Your account opens on the Overview tab, with your subscriptions and recent payments.
There's no password to remember. You get a new code each time you sign in.
Finding your way around
There are four tabs across the top of your account, and everything lives under one of them.
- Overview: a summary of your account, anything waiting to be activated, your total usage, and your recent payments.
- Subscriptions: every line on your account. This is where you activate a line, change a plan, buy extra data, or get an eSIM QR code.
- Payments: your payment history, your invoicing details, autopay, and your saved card.
- Settings: the administrators on your account, your address, and your contact details.
If you're not sure which details to use
Your Flex Mobile phone number always works. If you'd rather use an email address, use the one on your order confirmation, since that's the one attached to your account.
Don't confuse it with your rewards account
Flex Mobile Rewards at flexmobilerewards.com is a separate site with a separate login.
